Job Summary:
The Arizona Fall League is currently seeking Intern candidates for the 2025 season, learning all aspects of Gameday operations, fan experience and event preparation. The AFL 2025 Internship runs from mid-September through November in Arizona. Arizona-based applicants may be the best fit. This is a paid internship.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with game operational setup and management of all aspects at
the AFL Venues. - Collaborate with staff to execute games and events.
- Assist with merchandising, sales,
ticketing, customer service, outreach, and event planning, while enhancing fan experience. - The ideal candidate will absorb training and demonstrate the initiative, desire, and drive to help support the AFL, working with staff to achieve objectives effectively and efficiently while providing a once-in-a-lifetime experience for patrons.

Qualifications and Skills:
- College student, or individual, pursuing a career in gameday operations or a related field.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of audiences
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Prior experience with a sports team or collegiate athletics department is a plus.
- Flexible schedule to work both day and evening events.
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
