Key Responsibilities:

Innovation Leadership

  • Introduce fresh perspectives and innovative approaches
  • Lead integration efforts using Accelerators, Cloud, API, MuleSoft, SWIFT, securities, loans and deposit systems
  • Develop and implement a technology roadmap aligned with organizational goals

  • Enhance CI/CD pipelines for improved efficiency and reliability
  • Improve regression testing methodologies to ensure software quality
  • Implement robust tracking systems for better project management and visibility
Scalability and Security
  • Develop strategies for handling increased volumes and users
  • Ensure compliance with information security standards
  • Implement best practices for data protection and privacy
Ecosystem Improvement
  • Assess and upgrade current compliance technology ecosystem
  • Implement necessary improvements for scalability and efficiency
  • Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with existing leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals
  • Bridge gaps between departments and initiatives

Skill Sets:

Technical Expertise
  • Extensive experience in application integration, development and architecture
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, testing methodologies, and automation
  • Proficiency in scalable payment solutions
  • Knowledge of information security best practices and compliance standards
  • Knowledge of Python, Java, rapid collaborative prototyping
Leadership and Management
  • Track record of forming and leading full stack technology teams
  • Experience in agile planning and execution
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members
Innovation and Problem-Solving
  • Demonstrated ability to introduce and implement innovative solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in process optimization and efficiency improvements
Communication and Collaboration
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in stakeholder management and executive-level reporting
Industry Knowledge
  • Good understanding of current technology trends and future directions
  • Familiarity with payment technology
  • Experience in scaling technology solutions for growing organizations
Project and Change Management
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects
  • Experience in leading organizational change and digital transformation initiatives
The expected base salary ranges from $160k-$210k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
