We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cyber Program Director to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity programs and initiatives.The ideal candidate will manage portfolio of cyber projects, managing the team of project managers, executing projects following established PLC governance framework, and managing against overall budget, resources & timeline and be compliance with industry regulations and standards. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to implement robust cybersecurity strategies, manage risks, and safeguard the organization's assets.

Key Responsibilities:Program Management:

  • Define and implement cybersecurity program goals, objectives, and success metrics.
  • Manage portfolio of projects thru multiple project managers, manage program scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of program objectives.

  • Actively participate with the key stakeholders in developing and maintaining a comprehensive cybersecurity roadmap aligned with organizational goals.Identify emerging trends, threats, and opportunities in cybersecurity to inform program development.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity project managers, providing guidance and fostering growth.Collaborate with IT, legal, compliance, and other departments to achieve program goals.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.Prepare and present program status reports to executive leadership and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).10+ years of experience in cybersecurity program management or a related field.Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS) and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, CMMC).Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.Work Environment:This role may require occasional travel and the ability to work flexible hours to address cybersecurity incidents or program needs. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
