In this role, you will be an integral part of the Capstone team,
contributing to the development of client materials. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with an exceptional team in a fast-paced environment and gain valuable experience in the private placement market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain fund marketing, diligence, and legal materials, including:
- DDQ
- Investor presentation
- PPM
- Case studies
- Reference notes
- Cash flows and operating metrics
- Ad-hoc requests from GPs
- Etc.
- Draft responses to LP requests
- Maintain, organize, and permission GP data room
- Maximize DPs' outreach efforts with cultivated email language, talking scripts, and timely, relevant updates

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance
- Proficient in MS office suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects & transition between them quickly
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with team members
