This role reports to the Global Head of Solutions Engineering.
What you’ll do
- Build, coach, and manage the global Value Advisory team
- Partner with the Sales and Customer Success Leaders and other functions to accelerate sales cycles, grow deals, and align on strategy to maximize value realization for our customers.
- Personally work with our largest customers (highest revenue) to establish executive relationships.
- Participate in formulating key strategic decisions as a part of the Solutions Engineering leadership team.
- Contribute to critical Company-level OKRs and initiatives.
What you’ll need
- Proven experience in a leadership role within value advisory, sales, or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams with a focus on mentorship, professional development, and team culture.
- Deep understanding of value-based selling, customer success, and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Strategic thinker who can translate company objectives into actionable initiatives and programs.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate and optimize processes, methodologies, and team performance.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
