Miro is looking to hire a highly motivated Strategy & Operations Manager for our to join our Chief of Staff’s team. This is a highly visible role and you’ll be working closely with cross-functional (executive) leaders across Miro to make sure our leadership, operating cadences and most strategic initiatives are set up for success!

- Work with our C-level leadership and functional operations teams to continue to develop Miro’s internal operating framework and implement changes across the company (Strategy & planning, OKRs, business operating cadences etc.)
- Drive Miro’s Extended Leadership Team forum (Top 70 leaders)
- Support Miro’s Executive Leadership Team enablement
- Partner closely with cross-functional leaders to successfully execute on strategic initiatives and drive change for all Mironeers
- Share best practices of how our team uses Miro with our users
What you’ll need
- 5+ years experience supporting strategy, planning and program management in a scaled company (1K+ employees), or
- 5+ years of experience with management consulting, top-tier technology strategy/ops or other roles requiring a blend of analytical, strategic, and cross-functional work preferably with a focus on (agile) transformations and/or operating model / organizational design
- Experience designing and running company operational processes including planning, operating model design, driving transformation (in revenue operations, business operations, product operations, or as a chief of staff)
- Flexibility to work across time zones and global cultures to build trusted relationships with senior leaders
- Ability to synthesize complex ideas and extract the significant nuggets of information relevant to a particular audience
- Highly-proactive, extremely organized, self-starter capable of effectively managing several projects and overlapping timelines at the same time
