Business Technology is an organization of problem solvers. We manage, procure and maximize investment in technology across all Business teams within Miro. Our team is composed of Architects, Product Owners, Analysts, and Developers who deliver flawless execution of end to end business process automation. We are a team that delivers technology solutions to achieve business goals of the company.

We expect to be partnered on all solution evaluations as SME's to solve the business problems. We own Architecture and High Level Design for Business Systems. We act as technology partners to all Business and Operations teams to ensure we build scalable solutions across the business. We pride ourselves on maximizing Miro's investment in tooling and maintaining the health of tools.

As a key member of our Business Technology organization, the Technical Product Manager (TPM) will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence through portfolio management, Agile and Six Sigma adoption, and executive stakeholder communication.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee portfolio management within our technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. You will lead the adoption of Agile methodologies across projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.

Working closely with executive stakeholders, you will communicate project progress, risks, and opportunities effectively, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational objectives.

This role requires a strategic mindset, strong technical leadership, and the ability to navigate complex business processes. By driving innovation and optimization within our technology systems and processes, you will contribute significantly to the success and growth of our organization.

What you’ll do

  • Fostering a culture of innovation, you will encourage cross-functional collaboration and support experimentation with emerging technologies. By prioritizing initiatives aligned 
  • Your strategic oversight and operational leadership will be instrumental in optimizing project outcomes, enhancing stakeholder engagement, mitigating risks, and driving innovation within our Business Technology team. You will play a pivotal role in achieving our organizational goals through effective project management and technological advancement initiatives.with strategic business goals, you will drive competitive advantage and accelerate time-to-market for innovative solutions.

What you’ll need

  • 5+ years of experience in managing technology portfolios, preferably within Business Technology or similar environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Go-To-Market processes and tools, with the ability to drive initiatives that align technology solutions with business goals.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, with familiarity in Six Sigma principles as a plus, and a proven track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Strong ability to engage with executive stakeholders, communicate effectively, and drive alignment on strategic objectives.
  • A solid understanding of business systems architecture and the ability to oversee the design and optimization of scalable technology solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster a culture of innovation, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and drive results in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
