About the team
We’re looking for a Product Manager, Authentication to envision critical foundational security capabilities for our largest and most sophisticated customers. Fundamentally, you’ll own all authentication methods we offer at Miro, as well as the Admin experience of configuring and administering these authentication methods for their organization. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, sales and other cross-functional teams to build in-product experiences and integrations, and drive customer adoption of those feature sets.
About the role
This role sits in Miro’s Security, Compliance, and Administration (SCA) stream. The SCA product team partners with go-to-market teams to enable companies to adopt Miro and create the next big thing. This includes enterprise-grade must-haves such as security and compliance features, privacy, administration, policy, reporting and billing. - Define and manage the roadmap for Authentication at Miro, in partnership with your Domain Lead
- Collaborate every day with your design and engineering counterparts to manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
- Develop deep empathy for the needs of Miro Admins and enterprise security stakeholders
- Develop product requirements and specifications for new features and products related to authentication
- Partner with cross-functional teams in product marketing, research, and data analysis to identify opportunities and build alignment
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, including division management
What you’ll need
- 3+ years as a Product Manager, preferably in B2B SaaS and/or cybersecurity
- Demonstrated ability to learn about technical concepts quickly and drive results in a more technical domain
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders
- Technical background with some experience in cloud security preferred, but not required
