Workforce Strategy Manager

Chicago, IL

At Meta, our Infrastructure Data Center (IDC) team is at the forefront of designing, building, and operating a complex and rapidly expanding network of data centers. With dozens of locations worldwide, IDC includes thousands of skilled employees and contractors in hundreds of unique technical positions. The IDC Strategy team is seeking a Workforce Strategy Manager. In this role, you will work closely with leaders and subject matter experts to define and improve IDC's driver-based staffing strategies and leverage them to calculate and continuously refine role-level headcount allocation to IDC teams. This position requires business acumen, adaptability, the skill to partner with technical and leadership stakeholders, and attention to detail to ensure the appropriate roles are distributed to each team while strategies are rapidly shifting. While relying on and progressively improving automation and data are key in this role, success more often depends on being adaptive and collaborative as new strategies emerge.
