Workforce Planner Responsibilities:
  • Develop and executing yearly headcount planning cycles, including creating and managing project plans to ensure on-time delivery
  • Manage position management at granular levels, including executing and owning the position management process for headcount
  • Consult on best practices for workforce planning, including location strategy, experience, and talent mix of organization
  • Facilitate change management and escalation processes with Finance counterparts for requested changes to headcount targets
  • Partner with Mission Control and analysts to develop in-depth reporting, which is leveraged by all cross-functional partners
  • Leverage analytics to ensure data-driven decisions are being made based on insights and recommendations provided by the planner
  • Manage headcount allocations to accelerate business growth, with a primary focus on balancing supply and demand of headcount
Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA or BS degree, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of workforce planning / management, or equivalent experience
  • Experience being a thought leader within the organization and someone who can help internal solution strategy globally and challenge others in the organization to change Analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational experience
  • Experience in development of a team, and in personnel management and staffing Experience in working with, influencing, and presenting to executive leadership including C-suite level leaders
  • Proven analytical skills to analyze data and tell compelling stories
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills to drive change and collaborate with cross-functional partners
  • Proficiency in negotiation and organizational skills to manage position management and facilitate change management
  • Experience in development of a team, personnel management, and staffing to consult on best practices for workforce planning
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills to manage position management and create reports
  • Experience with complex data/analytics models and tools (e.g. Tableau) to leverage analytics and make data-driven decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with finance and recruiting processes
  • Experience with complex data/analytics models and tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills Experience with workforce planning and/or management including headcount planning and allocation management

$116,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
