The Wearables Product Marketing organization influences early-stage product development and roadmaps, creates go-to-market plans, drives in-market business growth, and provides direction for future investments.It's an exciting time to join the Wearables Product Marketing Team. Ray-Ban Meta AI Glasses have had a positive response from the public, and we are growing the team as we look to accelerate growth - and plan for an expanded portfolio of products in the future. We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager who can build and scale our Lifecycle marketing programs and manage a team of PMMs responsible for driving device activation and retention. These horizontal levers will go beyond any one channel, or product line to drive growth across the funnel.

Wearables Product Marketing Lead - Post-Purchase (Lifecycle) Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Product Marketing Managers, responsible for the execution and management of post-purchase initiatives for the Wearables Category
  • Support the team in setting priorities, ensuring cross-functional support & resources, and unblocking as they navigate new work streams across the company
  • Partner with brand and integrated marketing leadership on outbound lifecycle marketing and advertising strategies and programs to drive activation, post-purchase retention and long-term engagement
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate business growth and path to achieve business goals. Coach product marketers on your team through identifying growth opportunities, forming hypotheses, advocating for, and enabling a plan with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
  • Bring a consumer-first lens to inform and guide in-market decisions and tradeoffs
  • Support all aspects of career and personal development for reporting team
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of professional experience in lifecycle, product marketing or growth initiatives
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Experience establishing lifecycle marketing strategies or developing business units that are net-new for an established organization
  • Experience coaching team members through synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights, to creating consumer lead global briefs
  • Experience partnering with integrated marketing, data science, and product organizations to drive key results
  • Experience building and leveraging data analysis, customer segmentation, understanding of the customer journey, to optimize customer engagement and lifetime value at each stage of the customer lifecycle
  • Experience working with cross functional, matrixed teams with high degrees of ambiguity
  • Experience working in global marketing with hardware or physical products
  • Executive level communication skills (documents, presentations)
  • Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience driving business growth
  • Experience with physical goods marketing (eg. Consumer Electronics hardware, Consumer Packaged Goods)
  • Product marketing experience managing across a portfolio of products - including projects that work across a multi-product portfolio
  • Experience leading teams to drive initiatives that have not been done before - setting goals, communicating the business vision, bringing stakeholders along, facilitating cross-functional alignment, through execution, measurement, and performance assessment
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing
  • Master of Science/Master of Business Administration degree or equivalent experience

$189,000/year to $258,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
