Our Vendor Managers are responsible for managing the operational relationship between Meta and our numerous vendors supporting our Integrity workflows. This work is critical to ensure the human review ecosystem is operating efficiently and effectively while also supporting the wellness of our vendor's human review workforce. You will work with a global team of individual contributors and will work with cross functional leaders in both Global Operations and across multiple vendors. This work will directly impact the experience of Meta's global network of other users and business partners.We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Vendor Manager to join our Scaled Operations team. As a Vendor Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of our vendor partners in support of our Integrity operations. Vendor Manager, Scaled Operations Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the performance of vendor partners in support of Integrity operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve vendor performance, quality, and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues
- Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive process improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendor partners and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Provide regular reporting and updates to leadership on vendor performance and operational metrics
- This role may involve exposure to potentially graphic and/or objectionable content including but not limited to graphic images, videos, audio and text, offensive or derogatory language, and other potential objectionable material, i.e. child exploitation, graphic violence, self-injury, animal abuse, and other content which may be considered offensive or disturbing
- Willing to travel up to 25%
- 8+ years of experience in vendor management or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing vendor relationships and driving process improvements
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication and work well with others
- Work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Attention to detail and maintain confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience in the technology industry or a related field
- Knowledge of vendor management best practices and industry trends
- Certification in vendor management or a related field (e.g., CVA, VMO)
- Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira)

$115,000/year to $168,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
