As a Vendor Enablement Lead you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations for the Small Business Group. Meta uses a range of tools that facilitate operations in Small Business Group. Given the fast pace environment Meta operates in, these tools require constant updating and improving. This role will be focused at ensuring infra stability for our Small Business Group sales/business operations teams, dealing with issues related to various tools & systems and developing enthusiasm to help teams solve them, both short term & long term, in collaboration with multiple cross functional partners. This position is pivotal in ensuring our outsourced vendors operate efficiently by swiftly identifying and resolving issues, configuring systems accurately, and implementing tooling changes effectively.

Vendor Enablement Lead, Small Business Group Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of issues and tasks related to sales tools, ensuring prompt and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to resolve day-to-day issues, provide regular updates, and identify and escalate critical issues
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding of Meta tools and systems, ensuring proper configuration and troubleshooting access issues
- Promote process standardization and enhancement across all sites, analyzing existing processes, developing and implementing improvements, and training vendors and internal teams on new processes
- Gather and analyze data to identify trends and develop actionable recommendations for process improvements
- Support the deployment of tech projects, including coordination, implementation, user testing, and troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure the successful operation of sales tools and systems
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including IT teams, vendors, and internal teams, to drive process improvements and resolve issues
- Develop and implement process enhancements, and train vendors and internal teams on new processes to ensure seamless adoption and operation.
- 3+ years of experience in business operations, call center operations, or a global business environment.
- Exceptional planning capabilities and a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Proven capability to multitask, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to present insights and recommendations effectively.
- Experience in task triaging, IT help desk support, or inbound ticket management.
- Bachelor's degree
