The Tools Program Manager will define, execute, and evolve tooling strategy and programs that support review teams across Privacy, Integrity & Security for the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) organization at Meta. Partner with a large cross section of cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Design and Data Science to align on the GRC tooling program needs from the overall review process to compliance oversight.
Tools Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Tooling Strategy & Planning: Prioritize and work with Operations, Product & Engineering on long range planning and vision setting for tooling. Drive and influence technical/product strategy by proactively identifying problems, aligning on priorities, and setting direction for broad areas
- Roadmapping: Contribute to and lead areas of roadmapping processes by which we gather requirements/feature requests/bugs across a broad range of stakeholders.
- Change Management: As tools/processes evolve, ensure the broader GRC organization has clear direction and know how this will impact their teams and roadmaps through clear change management processes.
- Launch Communication: Help to ensure that launch/implementation processes are followed once product updates are finalized including communication development, training material completion and continuous partnering with the business team to launch.
- Governance Development: Work with a cross-functional team of experts to develop clear frameworks, standards and guidelines across GRC such as escalation management and incident management.
- People Development: Coach and mentor Tools Program Team Members
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with select Product and Engineering Managers responsible for building out an area of tooling for Risk Reviews and Compliance Oversight across Integrity, Privacy and Security.

- 8+ years program management experience in a corporate environment.
- 5 + years of experience with designing or implementing GRC tools, continuous controls monitoring solutions, data analytics and reporting
- 5+ years of experience being involved with the design, implementationing, maintenance and evolution of product solutions for global usage across governance, risk, and compliance

$157,000/year to $218,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
