Testing Program Manager, Product Quality Experience

Over 70% of people use our products in a language other than English, and ~90% are outside of North America. As a Program Manager for Product Quality Experience, you will partner with stakeholders across the International Testing, Quality Assurance (QA), and Internationalization (i18n) teams to ensure (English and non-English) products function in each market as intended.

Testing Program Manager, Product Quality Experience Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable frameworks to ensure high-quality functional products, regardless of language.
  • Engage and build relationships with cross functional teams and stakeholders to drive adoption and maximize coverage of the International Testing and Product Quality Experience programs.
  • Partner with Quality Assurance Leads to craft functional testing strategies for priority products and technologies.
  • Partner with Meta privacy, legal, and enterprise infrastructure teams to onboard, train, prioritize, and manage testing vendors to meet program requirements.
  • Partner with the Product Quality Platform engineering team to influence platform roadmaps, features, and supported workflows.
  • Improve scalability via automation and standardization to the highest degree possible while ensuring maximum value to Meta products and experiences.
  • Utilize signals coming from functional testing outcomes to determine actions to improve product quality.
Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in program management, including experience shipping large-scale global products
  • Track record of gaining alignment with cross-org stakeholders with competing priorities and goals
  • Experience aggregating, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions
  • Experience implementing and managing testing programs for software and web content
  • Skilled in building simple and optimized workflows to support complex product launches
  • Experience communicating and driving results with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders, working across time zones and international offices
  • Track record of staying focused, prioritizing and creating structure across large, ambiguous programs and setting goals for long-term initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in corporate business management, finance, and compliance
  • Experience with performance, benchmark, and accessibility testing
  • Experience managing testing programs for large scale hardware or software launches
  • Thorough understanding of product Quality Assurance processes and best practices
  • Experience using SQL / Python to process and analyze data
  • Knowledge of additional languages other than English
  • Experience with permissions management across a geographically diverse vendor base

$129,000/year to $185,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
