Technical Program Manager - Legal DIP Responsibilities:
- Work as intermediary between legal teams and technical teams
- Review legal requirements and translate into technical requirements
- Execute project work while focusing on program goals, improvements, and growth
- Convey competence and draw confidence with legal partners by communicating plans and follow through execution for identified needs
- Leverage developed organization skills and coordination skills to manage multiple projects with different scope, requirements, and deadlines at one time
- Analyze the results provided by technical teams using data analysis fundamentals
- Partner with a team of program managers and cross-functional partners to help consolidate the coordination, tracking and communication of project requirements, priority and status to key stakeholders
- Maintain consistent communication with project stakeholders to provide status, blockers, and next steps
- Motivate and adapt to different working styles based on teams involved
- Manage competing priorities and simultaneous projects in a results-oriented environment
- Work with peers of all levels from front line analysts to high level executives
- Leverage data to understand our operations in depth and identify areas of opportunity
- Experience communicating the results of analyses with product and leadership teams to influence the overall strategy of the product
- Experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
- Experience coordinating technical initiatives and communicating across partners
- Experience weighing business requirements and priorities to produce project plans and estimates
- Experience leading enterprise-wide engagements and facilitating meetings
- Demonstrate experience in technical, analytical, and operational backgrounds
- Understand general technical concepts and data collection concepts
- Advanced degree in a related field of study
