We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to help us collect and curate the datasets our team uses to perform novel research and build AI models. These datasets form the foundation of our research work and is crucial to the cutting edge research we perform. Come be a part of our long lead research and prototyping group!
Technical Program Manager - Dataset Creation Responsibilities:
- Drive the data annotation process for datasets including identifying the best methods to annotate a dataset, leading the annotation of the dataset, and delivering the annotated data
- Owning vendor relationships/contracts to perform data annotation
- Managing engineering efforts to build new data annotation processing pipelines.
- Educate technical staff on the privacy approvals process and data annotation methods available to them

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in program management.
- 2+ years experience working in an area of data collection or annotation.
- Experience working in a research organization.
- Experience with data collection and annotations for a machine learning use case.
- Operations experience in a large technical company, especially with vendor management and contracts.
- Experience in a matrixed organization influencing cross functional teams, partners, and stakeholders.

$134,000/year to $196,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
