The AR Products team at Meta is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead technical program management across several concurrent work streams. In this role, you'll work closely with internal machine learning, software & hardware engineers, researchers, external partners, and vendors to help define requirements and deliverables, schedule and track project progress, coordinate with other internal teams, schedule shared resources, and manage partner relationships. To be successful, you will be eliminating barriers to your team's success, clearly communicating their work to all stakeholders and ensuring the big picture stays in focus while maintaining deep understanding of specific issues. Ideal candidates are adaptable and resilient, eager to attack unfamiliar problems with curiosity and tenacity, and able to use a light touch to help the team be more efficient.The right candidate will possess strong technical program management for consumer products and will have demonstrated experience leading large initiatives teams.

Technical Program Manager, AR Products Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functionally to define schedule, requirements, resource plans, integration plans, prioritize initiatives, and proactively identify/address schedule challenges and conflict.
- Create processes that enable teams to move quickly and efficiently
- Work with engineering, research, and partnership teams to deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Balance the business needs with technical constraints by building deep subject matter expertise for your area
- Maintain the team's focus on strategy and goal-oriented results when tackling complex problems
- Communicate program status, risks and mitigation plans on a regular cadence, including directly to leadership. Ensure project documents are complete, current and available for review by all parts of the organization
- 8+ years of technical program management experience
- B.S. in Computer Science, EE or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating complex and ambiguous machine learning/ Signal processing/sensors based projects with a variety of stakeholders
- Experience working in a medical device environment
- Experience coordinating development of consumer health applications
- Experience building and managing relationships across teams in the organization and with external vendors and partners
- Experience in translating product requirements into executable plans
- Experience organizing complex and long term research or product road maps
- Knowledge in managing software resource usage such as performance, memory use, application size, etc.
- Prior experience with building and shipping wearable products
- Experience working on user data collection efforts
- Experience working on product regulatory submissions
- Experience in medical device quality management , risk management and design control
- Knowledge of FDA and or EMEA Regulations, ICH Guidelines, GCPs, and/or familiarity with standard clinical operating procedures is a plus.

$167,000/year to $230,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
