An integral part of our mission is ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and user satisfaction. Meta is seeking a Product Immersion and Testing leader to join our team. The Product Immersion and Testing team brings the opinion of the customer into product development to build better products and improve our customer's experience. The products we build enable businesses to grow and communities to prosper.You will have experience in digital advertising/monetization product management or marketing, and an understanding of the digital advertising/marketing industry. You will have experience closely partnering with marketing, product and sales leaders to prepare new products for scaled release. The Product Immersion and Testing leader will be responsible for leading a team of individual contributors that influence product testing strategies. You will need to be an experienced, hands-on operational manager who has experience executing against business objectives while growing and developing individuals and leading successful cross-functional projects while balancing evolving priorities and a broad range of stakeholders.

Team Lead, Product Immersion & Testing Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, mentor and grow a high-performing team of individual contributors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners, including Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and other teams to ensure seamless collaboration, effective problem-solving, and successful product launches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to bring our products to market.
  • Ensure the right level of alignment, consistency and flexibility in approach across multiple product teams, with the goal of scaling impact while meeting the needs of the business.
  • Drive assessment of product testing needs and partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize which products we support.
  • Communicate with extreme clarity both within your team and with key cross functional partners, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed about project goals, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Clarify complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, making it easy for non-technical stakeholders to understand and engage with the work.
  • Facilitate open and transparent communication within the team, encouraging active listening, constructive feedback, and continuous learning.
  • Run strategic global team projects to continuously iterate and improve on our processes, increasing efficiency and driving impact.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years experience in Marketing, Advertising, Program/Project Management, Client Success, Consulting, or related field.
  • 5+ years work experience in Project Management or experience running strategic projects with cross-functional teams. Open, collaborative, and proven team player, with experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance or support, and a service orientation.
  • 3+ years of people management experience, with experience attracting and scaling teams.
  • Experience collaborating across all levels of cross-functional teams with the experience to influence behavior and drive resolution with leadership in the context of competing perspectives
  • Analytical, data driven decision-maker with experience addressing complex business issues and making recommendations to all levels of leadership teams
  • Organizational and people skills and experience setting priorities, problem-solving, multitasking and working independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
  • Communication skills that are effective with technical, business, and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience contributing at both strategic and operational levels - navigating ambiguous and unstructured problems.
  • Communication and presentation experience with a proven track record of working with executive-level leaders.
  • Experience leading data-driven projects and excels at communicating results and insights to cross-functional partners.
  • Knowledge of the advertising marketplace and ad products.
  • Master's degree

$142,000/year to $202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
