As the Supply Chain Capability Architect within the Reality Labs Operations Business Enablement Team, you will be responsible for partnering across the Supply Chain Operations Business Leaders and Enterprise Engineering Technical Leaders to align on a vision and roadmap for the capabilities in our Supply Chain operation. The successful candidate will be an experienced Supply Chain systems leader with operational understanding of the planning, manufacturing and distribution of consumer electronics products who can define business and systems strategies that will enable the realization of short- and long-term organizational goals. They will possess both business and technical systems expertise with a working knowledge spanning the full breadth of supply chain functions including: Forecasting, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Trade, Fulfillment, Product Data Management, eCommerce, Manufacturing, System Integration, Service and Support. They will have demonstrated communications skills and an aptitude for close collaboration with executive and operational business leadership, product engineering and engineering fulfillment teams.

Supply Chain Capability Architect Responsibilities:
- Partner cross-functionally to establish and communicate operational tenets and digitalization objectives to serve as an anchor for capability evolution priorities.
- Own the capability roadmap for the Supply Chain organization and partner with Enterprise Engineering organization to maintain a current state and future state systems architecture that achieves the roadmap.
- Drive problem solving sessions to bring business and technical teams into alignment on a north star, organize into a roadmap for immediate goals and organize them to act with urgency to deliver.
- Develop, lead and continuously improve a forum for reviewing the architecture of new solutions being introduced in our organization, ensuring that evolving processes are considerate of upstream and downstream processes and that we understand how data flows will impact the business and business reporting.
- Establish guidelines and best practices that ensure we build solutions with the highest level of quality that are sustainable and can be supported in a cost-competitive manner. Reduce overall cost of ownership of supply chain systems.
- Review business requirements and solution designs for all projects across the team to ensure that they are cohesive with other solutions.
- Author executive level white-papers to explain our architecture direction, progress and decisions needed.
- Maintain industry relationships and participate in industry groups to maintain a pulse on emerging technologies and practices in the industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Industrial Engineering Degree or equivalent experience
- 15+ years of experience in a Supply Chain Operations Leadership role
- Experience in development and implementation of system, program or product roadmaps
- Experience working in a high-volume consumer electronics industry
- Experience working with configurable products
- Experience bringing new products to market
- Engaged in professional organizations related to the supply chain profession
- Six Sigma certification preferred
