Strategic Planning Lead, Strategy & Operations, Scaled Partnerships

Scaled Partnerships ("SP") manages targeted programs that serve as the best growth engine for business critical early stage partners on priority products like Instagram, Threads, Facebook, and AI Studio.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Planning Lead to join the Strategy & Operations team in support of this work. This person will serve as a trusted advisor to Scaled Partnerships leadership and will be responsible for setting strategic direction, designing and scaling internal processes and tools to increase operational rigor, and partnering with analytics to derive business insights and drive decisions. They will work closely with Scaled Partnerships leadership, product partners, and cross functional teams including marketing, finance, human resources, etc. This person must have a highly flexible skillset to manage a range of tasks including resource planning and analysis, business goal definition, data-driven business reviews, leadership on critical projects, internal communications, and contributions to team alignment and values.

Strategic Planning Lead, Strategy & Operations, Scaled Partnerships Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with partnerships leaders, product, and other internal stakeholders on aligned goals, key business initiatives, programs, resource planning, and special projects
  • Establish and/or contribute to working groups executing on product priorities
  • Lead business reviews to enable understanding of progress toward goals and facilitate performance-oriented conversations. Use insights to guide Partnerships strategy and alignment with Product
  • Develop a understanding of the business and identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and collaboration
  • Drive key leadership meetings and facilitate alignment on key issues and opportunities
Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS Degree
  • 8+ years of business operations, management consulting or equivalent experience
  • Experience building and scaling new initiatives or programs, from defining the strategy to execution and management post-launch
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analysis skills, experience solving varied business problems (commercial, operational, organizational)
  • Proven experience partnering closely with and influencing product and cross-functional partners to deliver on integrated roadmaps and plans
  • Experience effectively navigating through ambiguity and complexity to overcome obstacles with moderate direction
  • Demonstrated communication and presentation skills with an emphasis on translating insights and data into actionable recommendations
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with content partners, especially creators
  • Experience leading strategy, operations, and process improvement projects at a leading management consulting firm or in a relevant strategy/operations team
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills, with the capacity to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Demonstrable experience working cross-functionally with leadership in developing and executing successful plans
  • Results and detail-oriented, with commercial/business acumen
  • Wide-ranging communication skills, including practical experience with Excel and PowerPoint
  • MBA

$142,000/year to $202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
