Meta is seeking a proactive partner manager to drive efforts to build partnerships between the fashion industry and wearables . Demonstrated experience in technology, media, fashion, and an understanding of how both intersect with wearables are musts for this job. The Strategic Partner Manager will have an extensive understanding of the fashion landscape, knowledge of current distribution strategies media companies use to achieve business objectives, experience with large organizations and a track record of identifying and successfully implementing innovative solutions to create long-term business partnerships. This role requires close cross-functional collaboration with colleagues in Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to develop strategies, partnerships, products, and new experiences that meet the objectives of partners and Meta.

Strategic Partner Manager, Wearables, Fashion Responsibilities:
- Manage strategy, implementation and optimization of partnerships between fashion and fashion creator partners and Meta's wearables team
- Become a point of contact and help partners understand how to utilize Meta's wearables as critical tools to grow and engage their followers and drive their business
- Collaborate with partners to develop high-impact social integrations, and drive operational management of partnership projects
- Successfully advance deal negotiations and maintain long-term strategic partnerships
- Help support broader strategic initiatives for the fashion team and Meta
- Work with relevant internal teams to ensure that Meta is taking partner input into account in product and policy decisions
- Track, analyze and communicate quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners
- Scheduling & travel flexibility to build relationships with partners and support live events
- BA/BS degree
- 3+ years of experience in fashion, partner management and/or business development
- Experience working with traditional media organizations and/or agency experience
- Knowledge and interest in Meta's family of apps
- Project management experience, with experience leading and handling multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects on deadline
- Communication and presentation experience and experience clarifying and summarizing issues to high visibility partners
- Experience working cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally
- Experience using data and analysis to create and support business narratives
- Experience with client-facing partnerships
- Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated communication skills

$36.06/hour to $123,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
