Meta is seeking a results-driven Partner Manager to drive sports relationships essential to building immersive experiences for our hardware products. This role is expected to work collaboratively with other Meta teams while developing distinct executive relationships with the world's largest and most exciting sports organizations to drive immersive content experiences leveraging Reality Labs technology.
Strategic Partner Manager, Metaverse Sports Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal and external Partner stakeholders to codify, align, and develop/execute on a long-term Reality Labs Partner strategy for Mixed Reality and Wearable devices
- Act as the single-threaded owner for a set of managed sports partners critical to Reality Labs business, including escalations and internal reviews
- Be the internal advocate for the partner to Reality Labs, coordinating across Reality Labs Business Development teams, sourcing inbound Reality Labs opportunities, and owning internal communication with other partnerships teams
- Partner with Reality Labs Analytics to track, analyze, and communicate key metrics and business trends relevant to partner relationship, including ensuring deals papered deliver partner value
- Maintain direct and active Meta Reality Labs relationships with partner(s), including proactively resolving business, technical, and policy issues and serving as an internal advocate
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, business development, policy, legal, marketing, and PR to launch Meta Reality Labs products and solutions

- BA/BS degree
- 8+ years of experience in partnerships, consulting, investment banking, corporate development/business development corporate deals, or account management
- Proven experience leading large regional and/or global teams in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Proven track record collaborating across functional disciplines
- Experience engaging in executive-level strategic conversations with content IP owners, developers, and key content distributors
- 5+ years of experience in the sports media industry, at a league, team, platform, network, etc.
- MBA
- Executive experience in Consumer (media, entertainment, sports, fitness verticals)
- Experience with or understanding of AR/MR/VR technologies

$159,000/year to $223,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
