Strategic Account Manager, Amazon EMEA

The Amazon Team is a high-performing and dynamic team responsible for managing and growing our strategic partnership with Amazon. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding our product offerings, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Strategic Account Manager, Amazon EMEA Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan to drive revenue growth and expand our partnership with Amazon
  • Build and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders at Amazon, including executives, category managers, and operational teams
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of account plans
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new categories, geographies, or services
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and other commercial terms with Amazon
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to inform account strategies and optimize performance
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to leadership on account performance and progress against goals
Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in a technology or e-commerce industry
  • Proven track record of success in managing large, complex accounts and driving revenue growth
  • High level of understanding of the e-commerce landscape and Amazon's business model
  • Communication, negotiation, and partnerships skills
  • Experience in analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing strategic plans
  • Successful at problem-solving and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Worked at Amazon for a minimum of 2 years as AVS, or in a sales role
  • Worked on cross-countries role (not UK only)
