Meta develops and deploys infrastructure at scale globally across data centers, which includes compute, storage, networking, and AI servers and racks. Global Supply Chain Technology Sourcing owns the sourcing strategy development, external business relationships, internal engineering partnerships, and execution of new product ideas from conception to deployment at scale. The team combines commercial, technical, and operations/manufacturing experience to progress advances in critical infrastructure domains supporting Meta's artificial intelligence (AI) vision and goals. The leader in this role will own the commercial relationship and supply agreements for the assigned ODM design partners and manufacturers of compute, storage, and AI platforms. Together with numerous internal partners, you will develop sourcing strategies that address the unique needs of supply chain and manufacturing at hyperscale to ensure the timely delivery of quality infrastructure products globally.

Sourcing Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Drive tooling and process improvements for the Source team, working closely with cross functional partner teams, project managers, and enterprise product teams to identify opportunities for automation and optimization
  • Collaborate with cross functional partner teams to develop and implement integrated business planning processes, ensuring alignment between supply chain and business objectives
  • Work with enterprise product teams to develop and implement new tools and systems that support sourcing activities, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Drive standardization and process improvement initiatives to establish a single source of truth for pricing, demand, commitments, and contracts
  • Lead the development and implementation of standardized documentation and processes for LCR, CSR, contracts, and business reviews across Meta Source team.
  • Drive Source representation in quarterly cost and demand planning discussions and drive alignment with cross functional partner teams
  • Lead end to end rebate and governance processes to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Own supplier relationship with 3PL suppliers and market intelligence providers, including contract, performance management, and pricing negotiation
  • Lead source market intelligence efforts, including market dashboards and cadence market updates to cross functional partner teams
  • Partner with NPI team on NPI process, Roles and Responsibilities, and partner with cost team on cost metric initiatives
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
  • Proven experience to move seamlessly from strategy to execution and deliver tangible results.
  • Experience interfacing with internal and external partners in an often ambiguous and cross-functional environment, requiring a wide latitude for judgment while coordinating people and technical resources.
  • Proven track record of successful supplier negotiations and relationship management
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing business operations for a Sourcing team with proven results.

$116,000/year to $170,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
