Meta is seeking a highly strategic, quantitative, process and detail-oriented business leader to join the APAC Sales Strategy Planning & Operations team. This is a key opportunity to be part of an APAC team that plays an integral role in executing Global Business Group business processes and sales plans, driving operational rigour and efficiency, and producing insights to inform decisions.The mission of the Sales Strategy Planning & Operations group is to maximize business performance by being the objective, trusted partner to the sales business through insights, operational rigour and cross-functional collaboration. We identify and drive critical projects and initiatives to support revenue growth, while supporting the operational cadence to surface business insights. In your role as the Sales Strategy Planning & Operations lead, you will be a key partner to the business delivering against three core functions: 1) Core operations (e.g. performance reporting, driving rhythm of business (target-setting and tracking) across sales teams 2) Take a data-driven approach to supporting business growth and driving efficiencies across processes, organization and systems; identify market and product opportunities to global teams 3) Support issues escalation and resolution across revenue, product and sales rigour. The candidate is expected to work well independently and in collaboration and be comfortable with working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Stakeholder management and communication skills are necessary.

Sales Strategy Planning & Operations Lead, GBG APAC Responsibilities:
- Provide business analytic strength to help drive initiatives critical to ongoing growth, develop SME knowledge of APAC markets and Meta messaging products to identify trends and product opportunities, providing data-driven feedback of market nuances to central product teams. Provide key insights for business leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive rhythm of business with operational rigour, support portfolio management and service model, lead operational reviews and track performance on regional goals and priorities (e.g. monthly/quarterly business reviews), identify opportunities and key roadblocks to progress, and work efficiently across teams and time-zones to remove them.
- Drive operational and data-reporting rigor, make process improvements, streamlining to create efficiency and remove obstacles. Embody the 'move fast' value. Scope and drive critical regional / global initiatives, driving alignment with cross-functional teams and developing detailed project plans with measurable milestones and outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on RoB (identify and quantify headwinds and tailwinds for quota setting, with solid forecast accuracy), deliver key projects, (e.g. annual business planning, headcount management, organization health and other operational projects), present findings, recommendations and influence with data.
- Communicate with leadership on a regular basis, highlighting progress towards goals, key risks and dependencies. Translate and execute global initiatives to regional / local level, and drive alignment through partnerships with regional/local and cross functional teams.
- 8+ years of work experience in Corporate Development/Statistics/Management Consulting at a top-tier consulting firm and/or in a corporate enterprise setting, strategy/planning & operations team.
- Execution-oriented and scrappy. Solid project management and stakeholder influencing skills, with solid commercial / business acumen.
- Enjoys the challenge to thrive in a complex, ambiguous and fast-changing environment with agility to drive results through effective problem solving, collaboration and communication.
- Distinctive problem solving and analytical skills, can solve complex and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, organizational). Can effectively influence and present key concepts to leadership audiences.
- Superior Excel and Powerpoint skills. Working knowledge of SQL, experience with managing large data sets.
- MBA or a degree in an analytical field, i.e., Finance, Business Management, Statistics
- Knowledge of Meta and products, as well as messaging and AI tools
- Prior experience working in a large conglomerate/enterprise with multiple org and business units
- Fluency in SQL/Python/R
- Experience working with or in support of diverse markets / time-zones
