The Mid-Market SSSA Sales team manages advertisers across different industries in Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Peru, helping them leverage our products and solutions across the Family of Apps - Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger - to achieve their business goals. As a Mid-Market SSSA Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing a team of highly talented account managers, in developing and executing strategies to achieve our sales and product goals, in forming internal and external partnerships to drive the business, and in executing against our regional and global priorities.

Sales Manager, Mid-Market SSSA Responsibilities:

  • Build, lead and develop a high-performing team of sales executives
  • Develop and implement plans and strategies to deliver against revenue and product goals, guaranteeing rigorous and productive rhythm of business
  • Deliver against our regional and global priorities for SSSA
  • Lead at least one of the global priorities for Mid-Market Latin America
  • Provide always-on client insights and market trends, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and for productivity improvements
  • Develop meaningful relationships with our top client's executive decision makers
  • Work with our cross-functional teams to optimize our strategy planning and operations
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field
  • 8+ years of working experience in tech, operations, consulting or sales
  • Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Proven experience strategically creating frameworks with complex information and shifting industry & company dynamics
  • Experience developing and implementing strategies to drive business results
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Proven experience influencing stakeholders and outcomes through ambiguous and complex situations
  • Demonstrated experience to drive projects from ideation to completion with minimal guidance
  • Proven track record of building trusted relationships with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration
