The Reseller Solutions Manager for Meta's Greater China team is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who prioritizes our SMB advertisers and resellers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to manage partners, drive business growth for Meta, serve as a consultative product expert, and lead media planning, strategy, and measurement for our advertisers through collaboration with our partners. The successful candidate will build partner capability around Meta's products, solutions, and toolings, enabling them to become our extended sales force in the local market and scale business for Meta. To excel in this position, you will need strong problem-solving skills, consultative sales, and analytical skills, and a strong focus on solutions. Reseller Solutions Manager,GCR Responsibilities:
- Identify, create, and implement product solutions/ strategy that drive business goals for our SMB advertisers through channel partners (resellers and agencies) as a Meta Solutions Expert.
- Work closely with the Reseller Partner to drive business growth and achieve sales targets through effective partner management and enablement. This will involve building on insights, compliance guidelines, measurement recommendations, product innovations and other key areas to ensure successful collaboration.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and demonstrate the ability to manage complex work streams, including revenue delivery, product recommendations, troubleshooting issues, and optimization on workflow opportunities
- Responsible for educating clients through resellers on products, new solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow existing business partnership
- Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta's solutions
- High intellectual curiosity and hunger to learn in an ambiguous environment - Able to develop and maintain a deep understanding of Meta's products and solutions
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical and technical skills, as well as curiosity, persistence, and the ability to arrive at solutions in a structured manner, advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis is a plus
- Ability to manage complex work streams while maintaining strict attention to details
- Effective and creative problem solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, Fluent in Mandarin and English
- 5+ years' experience working directly with marketing, media, consulting, and/or companies with channel partner relationships, with demonstrated leadership experience
