Meta's Greater China Region (GCR) Reseller Business has been growing rapidly in the past few years. With this comes the huge opportunity to further scale and manage the efficiency of several complex reseller foundational and go-to-market programs, such as tooling and infrastructure build, upper funnel acquisition activities, scalable SMB activations, etc. This program manager role will be part of the reseller program management team and support the development of initiatives across the full GCR funnel spectrum and become a key stakeholder to both the reseller sales team and its resellers.
Reseller Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Be the key interface between reseller partners and resellers in terms of reseller related program rollouts
- Be an objective stakeholder and work closely with various cross functional teams to design, implement and track the end to end roll out of reseller related programs. Programs can relate to either the area of reseller ecosystem experience (reseller operations, portfolio management), or full China funnel growth (upper funnel & existing portfolio)
- Influence, build trust and stakeholder alignment across cross functional stakeholders, such as Legal, Sales Planning, Marketing Science, Business Engineering etc.
- Lead a persuasive presentations and stories that demonstrate the value of Meta to reseller and relevant reseller ecosystem players to lift brand awareness and increase share of wallet from other competitor platforms
- Collaborate with GCR direct sales team to explore and scale new reseller related initiatives and programs
- Drive the internal communications efforts within the Reseller community and the broader cross functional Meta community via the preparation and presentation of materials and programs (such as Reseller Summit etc.)

- 8+ years of project and program management experience
- Problem-solving skills, with the experience to synthesize data or pick up trends from qualitative analysis, validate hypothesis and drive executive-level insight and recommendations
- Experience collaborating and communicating with and influencing across regional senior stakeholders
- Experience dealing with ambiguity successfully in a fast-paced, fast-growing, and dynamic environment
- Fluency in Mandarin and English as you will be working with teams and partners whose usual business language is Mandarin and English
- Experience in the China ads and technology space because a successful candidate will be developing programs related to China Resellers
- Experience working effectively with cross functional teams and all levels of management
- Advanced analytical skills, able to draw insights from a massive scale of data
- Ability to manage complex work streams while maintaining strict attention to details
