The Regional Solutions Partner role provides an opportunity to work with the world's largest global multi-channel advertisers and lead partnerships across Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA). You will work to drive global commitments with regional relevance, owning EMEA relationships top down and building bottom up trusted partnership with key markets. Influencing cross functionally to bring expertise to drive industry leading work, powered by AI.

Regional Solutions Partner, Global Clients and Agencies Responsibilities:

  • Maximise impact of clients' investment by creating proven best practice guidelines and identify opportunities to drive incremental value
  • Define best practices targets and tracking based on client business goals and optimal success on the platform
  • Partner with priority markets to ensure all teams are aligned on the account priorities and tracking against them - providing interventional support where needed
  • Consultative sales and analytical skills to build trusted partnerships with key clients and agencies
  • Advise on Media Planning, Strategy, Measurement, and Optimisation
  • integrating evolving AI Solutions to future-proof the approach.
  • Codify complex data analysis into business insight to drive action and results
  • Lead cross-functional project management, including Marketing Science for measurement studies and Product teams to influence product roadmaps
  • Define regional learning agenda and lead the activation with regional & local teams
  • In-depth product knowledge and curiosity to unlock innovation (including alpha, beta), partner with local teams for execution
  • Develop leading capability building programs to empower others to drive optimal solution adoption at scale
  • Build internal community to secure support, drive scaled learnings and cross regional sharing
Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing or media
  • Ideally experience supporting both Brand and Direct Response related industries
  • Proven experience in scoping, developing and implementing strategies and operational plans that increase impact
  • Experience working effectively and influencing cross functional teams at all levels of management
  • Proven track record of delivering against targets
  • Data story-telling and client presentation skills to leadership and in front of large-scale audiences
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrated examples of building relationships built on trust and accountability
  • Advanced Excel skills, experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insight
  • Knowledge of Consumer-facing industries
