The role of Regional Client Partner is the main point of contact for leadership of multiple global partnerships across Asia-Pacific (APAC). This role entails developing a keen understanding of client's business with proven experience in scoping, developing and implementing strategies and plans that increase business impact. We seek a client centric leader with a blend of commercial focus and operational rigor.The Regional Client Partner is the principal representative between Meta and the regional client leadership team, and at the center of an extensive internal (market teams & support teams) and external (agency & client) ecosystem of partners who are paramount to helping clients achieve their mission.Within Meta, we continously push the envelope in showing how Meta's family of apps and services can play expanded roles to grow our clients' businesses. Regional Client Partner, APAC Responsibilities:
  • Seek to understand Client's business objectives
  • Understand ground up how client is using the platform today and what are opportunities to do better. Develop thought leadership on client's business and industry
  • Set medium/long term vision and annual goals with the client, by positioning Meta solutions appropriately to meet client business objectives
  • Accountable for the construction of a plan to achieve these goals, and for delivering on service expectations as per Joint Business Partnership agreement, e.g. training, workshops, measurement studies - ultimately accountable for regional (primary) and global revenue (secondary)
  • Set and communicate direction and prioritization of key markets and initiatives to support Client's Meta activities locally, regionally and globally
  • Collaborate and influence an internal ecosystem of Country Client Partners and Client Solutions Managers
  • Align with cross-functional teams like Sales, Marketing, Measurement, and Creative to ensure client expectations are managed, and delivered upon
  • Deliver the highest levels of client service by partnering with cross regional teams to align objectives, improve relationships and processes
  • Collaborate with internal, cross market/regional teams to ensure product improvement, transfer knowledge region-to-region and improved process/client relationships
  • Partner with Client's media and creative agencies to ensure synergies, collaboration and trusting relationships are established, towards a common goal of achieving Clients' business objectives Identify incremental revenue opportunities and scale accordingly and ensure Clients' investment targets are met or exceeded
  • Monitor and provide timely and accurate forecasts of sales opportunities and pipelines.
  • Analyze data points and build clear go-to-market strategies informed by data insights
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in one or more areas of marketing, media sales, brand/creative strategy development, business consultancy or e-commerce
  • Experience in managing multi-layer, complex business relationships. Experience building long term trusted relationships with C-suite executives
  • Proven and consistent track record of executing against an aggressive growth strategy and contributing to revenue growth rates above expectations
  • Proven leadership experience to influence, develop, and empower colleagues to achieve objectives with a team approach
  • Proven experience on winning market share
  • Strategic thinking abilities yet results and detail orientated. Fluent across developing & articulating the "Why" (strategy) and the "what" (plan with clear KPIs) and explain the "how" (help in execution)
  • Leadership, organizational, and problem solving/decision making skills
  • Strong presentation skills.
