Recruiting Program Manager - (Short-Term Employment) Responsibilities:
- Support the design and delivery of programs for early-in-career talent at Meta
- Partner closely with engineering teams to meet current business needs while balancing a scalable program framework.
- Design and lead training for program stakeholders and participants
- Partner with internal teams to develop, scale, and refine tools to support global programs and ensure data integrity
- Leverage data to track performance indicators, identify trends, and align projects and programs with company priorities
- Communicate goals, successes, and best practices with the broader team and key partners
- Participate in global projects to improve the overall program
- Hone participant and manager care strategy, to answer questions and escalations at scale
- Develop project plans and work-back plans with a high level of accountability in an environment with shifting priorities
- Project Management: at least 2 years of experience managing large project workstreams from planning to execution
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally on complex programs or projects
- Global Impact: Experience working with broad and geographically dispersed organizations, programs, and projects with a company-wide impact, including management of multiple concurrent projects
- Data Analysis: Experience synthesizing data and making recommendations
- Operations: Experience using organizational skills with great attention to detail and thorough follow-up, operations with an eye for developing processes, resources that achieve team effectiveness
- Care and Support: Experience with employee, candidate or program participant care, including handling escalations and inquiries and developing support resources/surveys
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience building communication plans/strategies at scale
- Experience working in the AI and/or SWE space
