Meta is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and high-energy Recruiting Coordinator. The role will support the Meta Recruiting team with the objective of efficiently and successfully organizing and coordinating high-volume interview activity. This will be a short-term in office position intended to last no longer than 12 months to provide support to Meta's existing Recruiting team
Recruiting Coordinator (Short-term Position) Responsibilities:
- Coordinating onsite and video conference interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency.
- Coordinate candidate logistics & the candidate expenses process.
- Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates, recruiters and interviewers.
- Meeting and greeting candidates who are interviewing at Meta.
- Understand candidate needs and deliver a smooth recruiting experience for all candidates.
- Work closely with other coordinators on cross-functional teams.
- Partner with recruiting leaders and recruiters to provide insight and feedback on interview scheduling.
- Partner with Assessment Operations team members to support interviewer training initiatives.
- Work with outsourcing partners to ensure scheduling processes are implemented and SOPs are followed properly.

- Experience scheduling and supporting recruitment activity across remote offices.
- Experience in prioritizing different functions and tasks while managing their work time.
- Experience with ATS and tool change management.
- Project management experience.
- Knowledge and relationships within the leadership recruiting team.
- 2+ years with recruiting scheduling experience.

$39.42/hour to $128,000/year + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
