As a Public Affairs Campaign Program Manager (PAPgM), you will have the unique opportunity to be in the front seat of one of Meta's most strategic initiatives. To thrive in this role, you require an entrepreneurial spirit, and proven ability to help build and foster collaborative teams.In this role, you will be responsible for driving large scale cross-functional Public Affairs initiatives, including defining the operational strategy and leading the execution across multiple teams and organizations at Meta. You will be partnering with virtual and in-person teams across time zones and may manage multiple projects pending the bandwidth required.We are looking for experienced professionals who can partner with cross-functional teams in complex efforts at scale while maintaining clarity of vision and organizational awareness. An ideal candidate is highly organized, adept at project management, able to shift seamlessly between strategic counsel and smaller daily tasks and has excellent communications. This person should be a team-player and eager to work in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment.While a high level of business acumen, professionalism, and discretion are required on our team, and believe we can achieve great things in an environment that is both fun and supportive. Public Affairs Campaign Program Manager Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive the operating rhythms of the Public Affairs cross functional partners and related campaigns, including meetings, escalations, reviews, reporting, and communication channels - involves kickstarting 0 to 1 efforts, accelerating execution, and improving cross-functional campaign cohesion, collaboration, and outcomes across short and long term priorities.
  • Support the team's approach to strategy development, roadmapping, status reporting, performance tracking, and budget management.
  • Think outside the box to develop and scale working models, processes, and systems to facilitate collaboration that is both useful and efficient.
  • Build cross-functional teams with a campaign focus and effective communication with a bias for decisive, fast-moving solutions, and quick and constructive resolutions to conflicts
  • Contribute to developing the Public Affairs Campaign Program Management function and serve as an ambassador for our work
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of related strategy, operations, consulting, or program/project management experience, including managing complex, cross-functional workstreams
  • Experience building, optimizing and scaling programs and teams.
  • At ease interacting with and influencing multiple cross-functional stakeholders and organizational leadership. Experience being firm with requests and ensuring follow through and communicating change management to cross functional partners and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in complex environments with rapidly shifting expectations and goals
  • Experience driving teams towards achieving their goals, in a wide array of subject matters, in ambiguous environments while also delivering information in a highly organized manner
  • Experience in pivoting quickly and adapting to business needs while communicating and informing a team of shifting priorities.
  • Experience leading process improvements and establishing best practices within your domain
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience collaborating closely with teams outside of the U.S.
  • Experience working on public policy and regulatory issues.
  • Experience working on and/or closely with communications, policy, marketing, legal, product, and research teams.

$145,000/year to $204,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
