The Program Manager, Vendor Capacity Planning role will focus on informing and managing the global outsourced strategy for teams and programs within GenAI. You will partner closely with a variety of teams including Global Outsourcing, Vendor Operations, Workforce Management, Vendor Strategy, Finance, Data Analytics and multiple teams within Meta's Global Operations organization to create tools to drive visibility to our physical footprint and resource planning (headcount), inform decisions on work allocation, and help plan capacity across a complex set of operations.

Program Manager, Vendor Capacity Planning, GenAI Responsibilities:
  • Track and support the end-to-end allocation of work, auditing and administration of supply, physical capacity across a complex global operation
  • Provide input into data-driven strategies balancing the priorities and timelines of multiple business units
  • Build tools to enable allocation of projected demand, supply and other factors influencing utilization of capacity and physical footprint and requirements
  • Manage the contractual billable targets for vendor partners and their adherence
  • Monitor and action on top line supply metrics to ensure the health of the supply ecosystem
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners to plan new build-outs with vendors
  • Track and record allocation of programs across footprint ensuring end-to-end system coordination
  • Provide a forward looking supply view through regular review meetings with management
  • Support the billing and invoice reconciliation processes for GenAI pillar
  • Create and maintain financial forecasts, partnering with multiple teams for inputs
  • Key partner in change management and communications related to invoicing, billing data governance, and financial reporting.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in finance, resource planning, workforce management, workforce analytics, space planning, vendor operations or a combination of these
  • 2+ years of experience developing financial plans, budgets, return on investment analysis or cost benefit assessment
  • Experience in process documentation and iterative process improvement
  • Experience supporting organization-wide projects
  • Self-starter with the experience navigating high levels of ambiguity and complexity
  • Full proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data visualization applications
  • Team-player focused on achieving more as a team than as an individual
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge in SQL, Tableau and other data visualization software

$96,000/year to $136,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
