The focus of the Schedule Program Manager in Operations role is to ensure standardization in mechanics of scheduling across the fleet of Data Center Builds, evolving those standards for new build products and types, operationalizing the most critical global scheduling controls team initiatives, and facilitate programmatic analytics and reporting. This is a critical lead role reporting directly to the Global Business Controls Operations Manager to support scoping, developing and implementing strategies and plans that increase schedule impact and efficiency, and building 0-1 solutions and tactical functions of the global team. This position will work closely with the DEC Project Controls team and various internal departments including Site Project Management teams, Site Schedulers, Planning, Pre-Construction, Engineering, Contracts, and Sourcing and Operations Engineering.

Program Manager - Scheduling Management Responsibilities:
  • Lead the critical global scheduling controls team initiatives development and implementation including operationalizing and tracking team-level goals, identifying, and implementing efficiency opportunities, and fostering cross-functional partnerships.
  • Facilitate the development of programmatic analytics across sites, including consolidation of delay root causes, schedule risks, dashboards and data trends from across the portfolio and reporting to management.
  • As the Subject Matter Expert of scheduling in Design Engineering and Construction Organization, ensure compliance of scheduling requirements across the fleet and partners. Direct responsibility to extend the schedule functional strategy and expectations to new products to maintain alignment across the organization.
  • Ensure schedule requirements and expectations are maintained in Schedule Division 1 contractual procedural specifications and knowledge Hubs, Blueprint & Wiki.
  • Analyze, organize, and support technological initiatives connecting cost and schedule.
  • Providing training, mentoring, and support for vendors and internal team members on schedule expectations, Primavera (P6) tooling navigation, and scheduling Controls processes when needed.
  • Approximately 25% travel to other Data Center sites and home office.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in construction, Real Estate Development, or capital project delivery of consulting.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction Schedule controls or program controls, including P6 hands on knowledge earned value reporting.
  • Proven experience with executive level reporting and presentations on a portfolio of high priority projects simultaneously including mastery in Powerpoint/Google Slides.
  • Experience synthesizing large data sets into simple and impactful insights and information.
  • Experience leading highly complex programs and initiatives within a matrixed organization from start to finish.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in business administration, finance, economics, construction, engineering, or similar.
  • Management consulting experience for large corporations.
  • Program Management experience at a data center developer or large technology company.

$144,000/year to $201,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
