The Integrity Partnerships team is seeking an experienced program manager to work on issues relevant to product and policy. This position will be responsible for daily project management and ensuring forward momentum overseeing partner management on the third-party fact checking program. Success in this position requires an understanding of Meta's products, the ability to work with cross-functional teams and exhibit critical thinking & attention to detail. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success growing a portfolio of partners and/or programs. A strong sense of prioritization and focus, as well as exceptional communication and presentation skills, are a must.

- Support integrity programmatic and product work
- Manage integrity partnerships
- Identify trends across partners & advocate for industry needs
- Draft partner messaging and partner education materials
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in News/Publishing, tech, social media or digital media industries
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders
- Experience thinking about issues, leading to recommendations and action plans
- Experience hosting and presenting educational materials
- Experience using data to inform recommendations and decisions
- Escalation management experience

$119,000/year to $177,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
