The Customer Immersion Team, part of the Product Immersion and Testing team within Business Product Marketing, is seeking a Program Manager who is passionate about customer engagements and influencing Meta's newest business and marketing solutions. The program manager will collaborate with Product Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Designers, Researchers and Engineers and have experience performing under high-pressure, fast-moving and often ambiguous conditions to execute on the Customer Immersion roadmap. You will have demonstrated experience in cross-functional communication, project execution, and be knowledgeable about inbound strategies.
Program Manager, Customer Immersions Responsibilities:
- Influence and guide the way product teams approach inbound projects and strategies.
- Set the strategy and push cross-functional partners on the most efficient and effective ways to gather meaningful product feedback to shape roadmaps.
- Execute complex stakeholder management, working with leaders (Director+ / VPs) to influence strategy development and structure ambiguous and early stage projects.
- Lead cross-functional teams to clearly define immersion goals.
- Work with our Sales teams to identify appropriate clients for each client meeting.
- Work directly with clients to coordinate scheduling of client meetings and set expectations.
- Plan multi-day in-market experiences for product teams as they travel from client meeting to client meeting.
- Source and compile key product and market information into client briefs and immersion prep documents to set teams up for success.
- Work with vendors to provide in market translation support.
- Communicate proactively and work to mitigate challenges and resolve roadblocks in immersion preparation.
- Simultaneously manage multiple immersion projects on different product teams.
- Run strategic global team projects to continuously iterate and improve on our processes, increasing efficiency and operational rigor.

- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience of experience working in Operations, Strategy Consulting, or Program Management
- Experience in managing a diverse set of relationships in an organization both internally and externally
- Communication experience and experience working within a team and with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience in organizational and people skills, with proven track record of success in setting priorities, timelines and detailed project plans
- Experience managing time-sensitive projects, working in a deadline focused and often fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of time, including internationally
- Experience in Sales or Advertising
- MBA degree

$142,000/year to $202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
