This role supports two of our key AI open source community efforts that are critical to the company's product vision by organizing community events and leading major initiatives such as grant program applications and hackathons.
Product Strategy and Governance Policy Manager Responsibilities:
- Supports AI Policy priority core partnerships with a primary focus on the AI Alliance we co-founded with IBM
- manage key relationships with external and internal partners to support the AI Alliance objectives, including driving all-hands, steering committee, and focus area meetings. This also includes driving specific workstreams as needed.
- Drive strategy development and execution of Llama Impact Grants, including managing cross-functional stakeholders and coordination across related efforts
- Driving internal and external coordination between global non-campaign events for the AI Alliance and the Llama Impact Program events

- Bachelors degree
- 5+ years of program management experience
- Knowledge of key technology policy issues, stakeholders, and other industry players
- Experience building and supporting policy programs or community building initiatives to drive policy outcomes
- Policy Programs experience
- Experience with AI community building programs like hackathons

$123,000/year to $186,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
