Product marketing is searching for a passionate business leader to focus on developing and growing our Meta Wearables Ecosystem. This person will be responsible for influencing product development and leading go-to-market (GTM) as part of the Wearables Product Marketing Team. To be successful, the candidate will bring a combination of strategic vision, exceptional communication skills, a collaborative mindset, analytical acumen, and developer product launch experience, having worked in highly cross-functional, dynamic environments built to move fast, ruthlessly prioritize, and pivot quickly as needed to incubate future technologies.

Product Marketing Manager, Wearables Developer Ecosystem - Reality Labs Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with product teams to define the strategy, roadmap and success metrics for our developer products, ensuring product market fit and helping evolve tooling over a multi-year time horizon
- Define developer product positioning, naming, audience definition and sizing for tooling across our wearables programs
- Lead market assessment and sizing through quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback and represent the developer point of view internally with Product Management and cross-functional teams in the prioritization, design and development of our toolchain.
- Lead the definition and development of the go-to-market strategy across the organization that is grounded in user insights and market dynamics
- Lead the go-to-market cross-functional teams toward execution and launch of the GTM strategy through EOL. Be the single point of contact for communicating GTM updates and reviews with cross functional leadership
- Design tests, measure impact, and learn through a results-driven mindset with cross-functional teams
- 8+ years of experience in developer product marketing, product management, business strategy engineering or a similar field with expertise in developer toolchains
- BA/BS degree in marketing, business, product development, or related work experience
- Combination of strategic experiences and hands-on tactical execution
- Experience with research and proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and GTM strategy
- Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environment
- Effective communication skills
- Understanding of develop toolchains
- Quantitative, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with proven business acumen
- Experience structuring and solving problems, and influencing product decisions to move insights to action
- Masters' degree or equivalent in business, marketing, analytics, engineering, or other related quantitative discipline (e.g. MBA)
- Experience in product marketing, developing go to market strategies and partnering closely with product teams
- Domain knowledge in consumer wearable devices
- Experience working with development partners to influence nascent tooling design

$158,000/year to $223,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
