Meta is looking for a forward thinking product marketing leader to drive adoption and growth of advertising solutions for business customers across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Whatsapp, and future applications and services in EMEA. In this role, as a thought leader, you will represent the full EMEA business product roadmap and suite of product and solution offerings to internal stakeholders and partners. You would ideally be already operating at this level and have experience closely partnering with Product, Marketing and Sales leaders on successful product revenue and product adoption programs. This leader has proven success in building, coaching and leading distributed product marketing teams in a cross functional, dynamic environment and demonstrated ability to lead strategic planning and drive tactical execution to deliver outcomes.Success in this position requires a strong understanding of the advertising industry, and Meta's advertising products as well as an eye for what the future of Marketing looks like in order to shape it to drive positive outcomes for Meta. The successful candidate will be one who is data driven, with experience in leveraging said data to influence VP/ Director level stakeholders in the organization by a variety of mechanics, including Product, Marketing and Sales Leaders around the world. At the same time, the leader of the EMEA Product Marketing Team will need to be a strong, hands-on operational manager who is able to influence and execute against business objectives while growing and developing teams and individuals. This role reports to International Marketing, Senior Director for EMEA and will be a critical leader in the International Marketing, EMEA Leadership team. This is a full time position based in London.

Product Marketing Director, EMEA Responsibilities:
  • Lead and grow a team of high performing product marketers. Consistently hire and retain top talent & build successful teams driven by clear mission & collaborative mindset.
  • Drive focus, prioritize resources, and customize product solutions for businesses in the EMEA region.
  • Influence product roadmap & prioritization to build for EMEA.
  • Partner with regional cross functional teams including Product, Sales, Marketing to synthesize market intelligence, build GTM strategy, and develop Central Product Activation plans to drive adoption of our advertising solutions, and leverage data to track, analyze, and report on performance.
  • Evolve team's global and EMEA operating model (as needed) to build systems for collaboration, to drive efficiencies, and cascade/scale within a dynamic structure.
  • Ensure the right level of alignment, consistency and flexibility in approach across product marketing organizations to maximize growth and scale impact.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the company, acting as a valued partner.
  • Serve as a product marketing thought leader externally and internally across the business teams for the region.
  • Be part of the International Marketing EMEA leadership team.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Extensive professional experience in technology or advertising, including as a people manager and leader.
  • Product marketing experience in the web technology sector and/or demonstrated ability to contribute at strategic, operational and tactical levels.
  • Experience presenting and influencing groups/C-level executives.
  • Proven record of designing, building, mentoring, coaching and leading a diverse multisite team, characterised by a culture of inclusion and engagement.
  • Experience leading teams, being their mentor and helping them play to their strengths. We value a leader who wants to hear what the team has to say and encourages them to bring their ideas to the table.
  • Track record of influencing key decision makers in large multi-national organizations at a variety of levels, including cross-functional leaders.
  • Having a data informed, and analytical mindset to spot key the biggest opportunities for the business, define a strategy accordingly, and to drive decisively to action within a matrixed /complex business context.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive resolution in the context of competing perspectives.
  • Strong executive communication level and a track record of working well in cross functional teams.
  • Organizational and inclusive people skills and the ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace, with a Meta first mindset.
  • Proven experience of successfully working in a matrixed organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of "moving fast" and delivering on tight deadlines.
  • Proven business acumen.
  • Enjoys leading and driving work forward both strategically and operationally.
