Central Integrity & Support's (CIS) mission is to protect people and businesses, and preserve representation and economic opportunity. The verification sub-pillar, supports this vision through a portfolio of solutions that allow us to establish real identities of individuals and businesses operating on Meta and provide them with a mechanism to appeal enforcement decisions. Our products are leveraged by 20+ business/ product teams across Meta - including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and are at the forefront of company priority initiatives such as Meta Verified and Youth.We are looking for a Product Manager to lead horizontal signals/Machine Learning capabilities, developing high quality measurement, and drive efficient reuse of verification capabilities across a wide variety of business use cases such as Advertiser Verification, Meta Verified, Age Verification, Business Messaging and more. This role would work closely with our application teams to drive outsized impact on key top-line metrics, while ensuring our systems are agile and efficient. This is an inherently ambiguous and cross functional space and hence this role requires collaboration across multiple organizations and flawless execution.

Product Manager - Verification Platform Responsibilities:
  • Understand integrity use cases across multiple teams we partner with and deliver high impact product solutions.
  • Assess and prioritize opportunities to inform business and product strategy
  • Develop mechanisms to identify and deliver capabilities that can be leveraged to combat adversarial threats or reduce unnecessary user friction.
  • Collaborate with operations, policy and legal teams on various product and policy levers to solve business needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field
  • 5+ years product management or related industry experience
  • Background in integrity, trust and safety, verifications or similar functions in a large-scale environment
  • Proven communication skills
  • Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones
  • Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design
  • Displaying leadership, organizational and execution skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience of going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.
  • Enthusiastic and resilient in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.

$142,000/year to $201,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
