This position is integral to the development of our next-generation ML platform, which will power GenAI workflows, including Llama development, and Recommendation workflows.Building on the success of Meta's AI products in the industry, such as PyTorch and Llamas, this initiative is a chance to shape the future. As an AI Product Manager, you will be instrumental in creating new tools, solutions, and services for developing large-scale GenAI and generative recommendation models and bringing them quickly to production.We are looking for individuals who are passionate about building 0-1 products, process expertise in ML, and can go technically deep. If you enjoy writing ML models in PyTorch and developing LLMs for fun, this role is for you.

Product Manager - AI [PyTorch, Training, Inference] Responsibilities:
  • Is the primary driver for identifying significant near and long-term opportunities in a large Product area, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
  • Generate buy-in and drives consensus across organizations.
  • Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous opportunities.
  • Consistently demonstrate initiative and execute with limited oversight.
  • Drive product development with teams of world-class engineers and designers, while maintaining team health.
  • Understand Meta's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), develop roadmaps, and guide the team through key milestones.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
  • Identify and track key performance metrics.
  • Drive decision-making through user insights, quantitative analysis and AB testing.
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 8+ years product management and/or Product Design 8+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams.
  • Experience navigating through the full product life-cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution.
  • Experience presenting to senior executive audiences.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field Experience writing ML models in PyTorch.
  • Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience.

$171,000/year to $238,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
