Meta Product Management Leaders in Integrity work with teams of engineers and data scientists to build products. We are looking for a Product Management Lead to help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company. This leader should to help define strategies for large, ambiguous product areas and help guide their teams on how to maximize impact through use of data and research to create effective execution and experimentation frameworks. The Central Integrity 'Protect' organisation in is the team responsible for applying technology to mitigate bad experiences across the family of apps. The team's scope includes child safety, fraud & deception, impersonation, , fake & abusive accounts, as well as account compromise.
We're looking for a product leader to drive the 'Actor Interface' Group - leading multiple teams that tackle have severity problems as well as providing solutions that apply across the org.The person is responsible for team health, hiring, direction, ensuring high-velocity execution, tracking of emergent issues, and managing critical cross-company relationships i.e. those with partner teams in FB and IG, as well as other key partners such Business Integrity, Core Growth etc.

Product Management Lead - Central Integrity & Support Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
  • Attract, build, manage, and develop a talented, diverse, equitable and inclusive team of product managers and product leaders
  • Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on strategies and priorities leading to product execution
  • Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
  • Understand Meta's strategic position and deliver products that are recognized as best in the industry
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and innovative solutions are the norm
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience in Product Management and/or Product Design
  • Experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams
  • Management experience with direct reports under your guidance and leadership
  • Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience
  • Experience presenting to executive audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a consumer focused technology company
  • Experience building 0-1 products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces
