As Product Configuration Analyst at Meta Reality Labs, you will take on a critical role in bringing AR/VR to our customers. You will work side-by-side with engineering and business teams that are leading innovation in this exciting new product category.Under supervision, the Product Configuration Analyst will support a variety of product projects through the entire product lifecycle. You must be flexible, responsive and able to manage competing demands.

Product Lifecycle Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Works cross-functionally to accurately structure new products and document product changes as part of the product development and sustaining engineering processes
  • Create and release manufacturers, manufacturer and vendor parts, business part numbers in the PLM system, including collection of data, entry and review of associated data and documentation
  • Create and release complex Bills of Material based on input from Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain and Manufacturing
  • Initiate and manage Engineering Change Orders, Non-Revision changes, Deviations and Stop Ships
  • Work with engineering designs, NPI and sustaining products for both electrical and mechanical engineering
  • Advise on best practices for documenting changes on new and existing products
  • Assist in the communication of product configuration requirements between Engineering, Supply Chain and Production to facilitate material planning, order fulfillment and execution
  • End user support and problem resolution
Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience in a high tech, fast paced environment using PLM systems such as Teamcenter, Agile PLM, Arena, or Enovia
  • Experience configuring PCBA bills of material and documentation requirements
  • Experience creating mechanical part numbers and documentation requirements
  • Experience creating and managing Engineering Change Orders, Deviations, Non-revision Changes
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with documentation from Cadence, Altium, NX or SolidWorks
  • You have managed a small PLM project from part number creation through release

$92,000/year to $137,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
