As a Product Engineering Operations Analyst in the Devices organization in Reality Labs, you'll manage business operations for a product or technology team that builds future generations of the Quest for VR and Ray-Ban Meta AI glasses. You'll work across the Devices organization, which consists of hardware product/ technology engineering, sourcing, manufacturing and operations. You'll partner with managers to help them grow, scale and run the business effectively, collaborating with Finance, product and program management functions. You'll support projects related to business operations, operational excellence and planning initiatives and track progress to enable our teams to execute and innovate at speed. You'll proactively identify operational pain points and opportunities to improve our business processes. You'll engage stakeholders to design solutions and update our tools and operations for greater efficiency.

Product Engineering Operations Analyst Responsibilities:
- Positively impact operational excellence in the organization by identifying and implementing processes that create efficiency, remove obstacles and improve operational metrics.
- Support planning processes including procurement of parts and services, prototype demand/allocation, and ensure that all hardware engineering operations are conducted in compliance with applicable standards.
- Provide hands-on program management support by developing project plans, tracking milestones, defining and monitoring KPIs and keeping stakeholders informed about project progress. Develop and manage communications including business updates for internal and external engagements.
- Support special projects focused on organizational initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to establish and execute new processes as needed by the business.
- 7+ years of program or project management experience with strategic and operational initiatives.
- Experience with Microsoft and Google Suites, advanced skills in Excel, Tableau dashboards and pulling data queries from internal systems.
- Experience with problem solving and providing business insights and recommendations from data sets.
- Experience with communication, writing, and creating meaningful content that people connect with.
- Experience working with confidential information while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects with internal staff and external consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Experience with thinking strategically and executing methodically, thriving in ambiguity and embracing a fast-changing environment.
- BS/MS degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- MBA
- Experience with Lean Management and applying lean management principles.
- Experience with project management or business operations in a consumer-focused technology company.
