The Reality Labs Developer Success team plays a critical role in connecting Mixed Reality developers with consumers looking for innovative and immersive experiences. As the popularity of the Meta's Horizon platform continues to grow, we are seeking motivated individuals to join our team and help scale our Integrity review operations. We are on the lookout for resourceful individuals who are adept at conducting complex app reviews & investigations, and strategically improving operations and workflows. This role involves collaborating with global vendors and suppliers to uphold high-quality review processes and driving innovation in content safety and quality through innovative solutions. This includes conducting thorough investigations, analyzing data and policy implications, and communicating decisions clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders. You will have experience with app review investigations, processes and policies, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.

Policy Operations Manager, Integrity Responsibilities:
- Proactively hunt for threats and undetected abuse by leveraging internal data, open-source intelligence, and third party private intelligence.
- Execute complex investigations to understand how abuse is occurring and implement enforcement strategies to detect and mitigate harm.
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to advance investigations, quantify trends or support findings.
- Partner closely with and serve as an expert consultant for cross-functional partners and stakeholders across Engineering, Security, Legal, Policy, and Operations teams
- Identify opportunities to automate investigative processes.
- Identify gaps in our technical infrastructure to improve visibility through better logging, reporting, and tooling.
- Scale investigation capabilities by building and improving operational workflows and actions to auto-resolve false positives and provide context, scaling investigation capabilities.
- Implement effective strategies to prevent and disrupt abuse at scale.
- Synthesize investigative findings and articulate complex and technical information for diverse internal audiences.
- Own enforcement quality across team policy areas, including calibrations with vendor teams.
- 3+ years of experience in policy, investigations, program management, integrity operations or internet technology.
- Experience to juggle multiple projects and fluctuating deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Experience documenting complex bugs and the steps to reproduce them.
- Experience with industry trends and best practices.
- Experience partnering with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field highly preferred, such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or Computer Science.
- Significant experience working in the technology industry, particularly in app review or trust and safety scaled operations, with a extensive understanding of industry trends and best practices.
- Experience in analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights using tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python, with adept problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
