The Global Partnerships team manages Meta's relationships with top and emerging partners across creators, public figures, media, and entertainment. Focusing on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and WhatsApp, the team helps drive product priorities and partner success across our family of apps. The Partner Solutions Manager will concentrate on driving product adoption, operational efficiency, and business value for Meta alongside our key Lifestyle and Wellness partners in North America. In collaboration with Strategic Partner Managers, Product, Data Analysts, and Strategy & Operations teams, this position will provide strategic planning, reporting & analysis, relationship co-management, thought leadership, product insights, and education, helping accelerate success for both Meta and our partners in the region.

Partner Solutions Manager, Global Partnerships Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive strategies and programs that drive product adoption and partner business value through Meta's family of apps
- Performance Analysis: Collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers to regularly analyze the performance of partner accounts/pages to identify areas of improvement and/or opportunities for product adoption
- Manage implementation and optimization of Meta's strategic partnerships
- Understand partners' core business needs and propose innovative solutions and opportunities
- Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular reports on partner performance, goal tracking, market trends and forecasting to identify potential challenges or opportunities for the in-market team.
- Support Product Go-To Market: Working with partners and internal teams on product launches and tests. Coordinating access, education, product feedback and measurement.
- Product Expertise: Share product expertise and educate Partners on our best practices & new products to help them accelerate their growth. Serve as a Product expert for internal partnerships teams and partners
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Act as an internal advocate on behalf of partners with cross-functional teams. Collaborate with cross functional teams and regional counterparts to build solutions at scale.
- Thought Leadership: Leverage data-led insights and narratives to help drive strategic decision-making. Proactively synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results as they relate to the ecosystem. Use market-specific knowledge and insights to support the execution of our business goals.
- 5+ years of experience in account/partner management, online operations, customer success, or equivalent
- Experience working with subject matter experts, academics or at a talent agency, media, or tech company
- Knowledge of relationships in the talent industry and platforms for reaching audiences
- Experience being resourceful, proactive and detail-oriented
- Deep knowledge of the talent and influencer space and the evolving players in the space
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop creative partner activations
- Knowledge and relationships within the Lifestyle and Wellness Ecosystem

$105,000/year to $152,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
