Meta is seeking an experienced EU-Benelux GSI Partner Manager who will serve as a critical partner to Government, Politics, and Nonprofit (GPN) partners utilizing our products to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together. In this role you will establish and strengthen key partner relationships by providing advertiser education and satisfaction.A successful Partner Manager is a detail-oriented, client focused partner with demonstrated experience managing partners and collaborating across teams with ease and flexibility. The role will be based ideally in Brussels or London.

Partner Manager - Government And Social Impact Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships and manage existing relationships across Global Political Network (GPN) advertising ecosystem (institutions, government entities, political candidates, agencies, etc.), and build trust and credibility of Meta and its suite of products
  • Understand key decision makers and influencers and their organization's business objectives, establish and maintain actionable relationship maps
  • Demonstrate value of Meta products as a key driver for civic engagement, inform partners of new processes and products and provides Meta best practices specific to GPN partners
  • Navigate a complex ecosystem of partners, with new challenges and opportunities arising every day, and thoughtfully facilitate escalations internally
  • Develop and implement solutions that align Meta's approach to GPN advertisers, with the partners' needs ensuring optimal service and support to GPN partners in the market
  • Manage complex relationships with diverse group of internal cross-functional teams (social impact, policy, sales operations, Creative - Shop, marketing science, policy teams) and ensures the group is delivering on expectations
  • Supervise internal account operations and partner with concierge service operations team to drive high quality solutions at scale for the Global Political Network vertical, ensuring high standard service on operational requests
  • Project manages complex work streams
  • Attend/present at events to represent Meta Advertising solutions
  • Serve as external product consultant and lead agency/client/industry trainings to educate on paid and organic products
  • Identify relevant industry trends and captures/identifies product and innovation needs based on client/industry feedback
  • Synthesize data and insights for internal and external audiences
  • Solid understanding of the overall GPN vertical and geo-political climate
  • Equip yourself to have in-depth knowledge about the Global Political Network (GPN) trends, partners, Meta's unique relationship with each partner and the associated risks
  • Manage ongoing partner priorities without guidance, using your judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Serve as external product consultant to education partners and agencies
  • Have productive and trusting relationships with partners and their stakeholders by demonstrating the value of Meta products as a key driver for civic engagement
  • Manage internal account operations and partner with Scaled Execution / Operations team to drive great level service solutions for Global Political Network (G/P/N) vertical
  • Capacity to travel as needed - Travel may be required at short notice
Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience partnering and managing marketing-focused relationships
  • English and French languages are required
  • 3+ years experience working on digital media platforms, advertising metrics and industry trends
  • Experience working with Government/Policy organizations (understanding the European / Benelux context)
  • Experience introducing new products, processes and systems to clients
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in performance marketing and/or brand advertising
  • Experience working with marketing decision-makers in Agencies
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to partner with executives
  • Experience partnering with compliance and legal functions
