Our Data Centers are the foundation upon which our rapidly scaling infrastructure efficiently operates to deliver our innovative products. The Data Center Business Operations team is seeking a technically minded Business Operations Strategy Manager to support the Cost and Schedule programs for the global data center organization. In this role, you will be expected to help define the strategy and direction for key business processes, analytics and tooling while prioritizing across competing projects. You will play a key role in shaping and executing programmatic strategies while serving as a strategic partner across Data Center Construction, Operations, Engineering, and various other Infrastructure teams.

  • Help shape program strategy and vision, establish shared goals, and work with cross-functional partners and leaders across the organization
  • Drive roadmapping and prioritization for technical initiatives across the team's domain of Cost and Schedule
  • Collaborate with Engineering and business owners to define program requirements, set priorities, and establish scope which includes defining the long-term strategy
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks and changes by effectively optimizing scope, schedule and resources accordingly
  • Convey a data-driven story to technical and non-technical audiences around key business insights, in collaboration with key cross-functional partners
  • Apply your in-depth subject-matter knowledge in the utilization of data to inform and influence key business decisions for the global data center organization
  • Define and analyze key metrics to manage program health, mitigate risks, demonstrate impact and enable continuous improvement
  • Develop and own communication plans to effectively and proactively communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or technology infrastructure
  • 4+ years of experience with SQL (or equivalent)
  • 4+ years of experience working with data visualization tools, including using advanced functionality (e.g. data blending)
  • Experience working with financial data and technical teams
  • Experience navigating trade-offs utilizing data, drawing conclusions, and defining recommended actions across technical and non-technical groups
  • Demonstrated experience in communicating effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, collaborators and partners, to drive impact at different levels
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS or MBA in a quantitative field (Engineering, Economics, or similar discipline)
  • 4+ years of experience in program or technical product management
  • Experience turning complex and ambiguous problem statements into structured solutions while working in a highly cross-functional environment
  • Consistently works under your own initiative, seeking feedback and input where appropriate

$150,000/year to $213,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
